Autumn Yoga & Walking Retreat, Helford - Cornwall

This Autumn yoga retreat is a special opportunity to give yourself a long weekend dedicated to your wellbeing, in a beautiful and tranquil Cornish river estuary setting. There is daily yoga, meditation, guided walks, art workshops and delicious home-cooked vegetarian food on offer, all to nurture and restore your body and mind, to transition positively into the next season feeling empowered and balanced.

- Train to Falmouth Town station / or personal transport (car) direct to Calamansac House

- Shuttle from Falmouth Town station to Calamansac on Thursday, and return to the station on Sunday (£10 pp)

THE VENUE 

The retreat is based at the beautiful Calamansac in Cornwall - a private 50 acre estate of meadow garden and ancient woodland which forms the western headland of Port Navas Creek and overlooks the Helford River. We have sole use of the East Wing of the estate, with private access and parking. There is a wonderful open plan kitchen looking out to the mouth of the river, cosy sitting room with a log burning fire, and a large room which will be our exclusive yoga studio with french doors leading out to the front lawn. There are a selection of bedrooms in the East Wing, all with luxurious soft furnishings and wonderfully comfortable beds. Depending on your personal preference, you can select a private ensuite double bedroom, private twin room, private single room, or a shared bedroom with single beds.
