There are many different styles of yoga, so it can sometimes be confusing to know what style or class is for you!
I practice and teach a combination of Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga which provide a range of benefits for our bodies and minds. please See class descriptions below for more details:
Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes are dynamic and playful and include a sequence of yoga poses (asanas) and breathing practices (pranayama) to strengthen and stretch our bodies and to help centre and calm our minds. In my classes we follow a different theme each week, and always practice to an uplifting soundtrack to help aid relaxation.
Yin Yoga classes are grounding and meditative, focusing on relaxing our muscles to target the deeper 'yin' tissues of our body - such as our fascia - that surround our muscles and joints. All of the yoga poses are floor-based and held for between 3-5 minutes, applying gentle pressure along our body's energetic meridian lines to find a deep tension release.
Private 1-1 Tuition
I offer 1-1 classes, or small group private sessions, in Falmouth and surrounding area. The classes are specially designed to suit you with tailored sequences for your specific goals. A course of classes will be carefully developed to allow you to strengthen and develop your practice over time.
Yoga at your Workplace
I will travel to your workspace to create a pop-up yoga space and teach classes for you and your colleagues. This is a fantastic and convenient way to make time for yoga in your day!
